My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. While the rooms were decent and clean, I faced significant service issues and the location had its downsides. I was quite disappointed with the lack of attention to detail during my visit, especially the dining arrangements. The hotel definitely needs to step up its game to truly be a luxury destination.
